Technical Support Questions

Why is my position in “Draft” mode?

If your position is in “Draft” mode, it means that positions were searched, but no candidates were extended an invitation to fill the position. In order to send an invitation, select the box next to the candidates you are interested in having fill your position. Then click “Send Invitations” and the candidates you have selected will be alerted via text and email that they have a potential position match, and they will be prompted to review the position, then accept or decline the position. You will then be alerted as the candidates accept/decline. Only one person will be allowed to accept the position (first come first serve basis), so sending the invitation to multiple candidates is to your advantage.

Who do I contact for technical assistance?
